    • 1.3 The Company does not, and can not, control the actions of other Users with whom You give access to Care Zones or share other information with.
    • 1.4 The Company does not, and can not, guarantee that the personal and/or sensitive information You post on the Website will not be viewed by unauthorised persons.
    • 1.5 The Company is not responsible for privacy settings or security measures employed by third party Websites which may be linked to the Website.
    • 1.6 Users acknowledge and accept that their browser and ISP address may be collected by other third party Websites.
    • 1.7 The Company has taken all steps possible to minimise the risk that information posted on the Website will be accessed by unauthorised persons but repeats clauses 1.2 to 1.6.

  2. Our Collection Policy

    • 2.1 The Company only collects such personal and/or sensitive information as is necessary to provide a Care service and to communicate with You about the Company and the products and services We offer.
    • 2.2 By registering with the Website You consent to our use and disclosure of Your personal and/or sensitive information as outlined in this privacy statement.

  3. Consent – User Undertakings

    • 3.1 By virtue of the service provided by the Website, much information collected by the Company will be of a sensitive nature.
    • 3.2 By posting information in Care Zones, users undertake that:
      • (a) The personal and/or sensitive information is solely about themselves; or
      • (b) If they are posting personal and/or sensitive information about a third party, that they have that third party’s consent to post the information and that they can and will provide documented evidence of that consent at the request of the Company; or
      • (c) If the third party is incapacitated or otherwise unable to provide consent, that they have the legal control over that third party’s affairs and that they can and will provide evidence of that legal at the request of the Company; and
    • 3.3 The Company is not liable for any duress, damage or loss suffered by the unauthorised posting of personal and/or sensitive information on its Website.
    • 3.4 The Company is not required to verify whether the conditions outlined in clause 3.2 have been satisfied.

      • (b) Contacting us by phone with Care Zone name ready.
    • 7.2 This section applies with equal force to personal and/or sensitive information provided by a Carer or Care Guide who posts such information about another person with either their consent or the consent of the person who has legal control over their affairs.
